About safety: excellent as always
The ILM E-bike helmet ILM E3-12LS features PC shell plus impact absorbing EPS material and is certified to NTA-8776, CE and CPSC Triple standards.This means, while it still looks like a bicycle helmet, it protects against higher impact speeds up to 28mph and covers a larger part of the head. The front and rear light mode will be automatically adjusted according to the intensity of ambient light.They will automatically light up at NIGHT or in a similar LOW LIGHT situation after switched on.(NOT work in daytime)

Explanation on upgrading
The ILM E3-12LS upgraded version removes the remote control and adds gravity-sensing turn signals. When the head is tilted to the left by more than 15 degrees, the left turn signal will remain on for 10 seconds. When the head is tilted to the right by more than 15 degrees, the right turn signal will remain on for 10 seconds. This helmet retains the original emergency brake function, which means when emergency braking happens, the rear lights will increase to 100% brightness to warn the vehicles coming from behind.

Q: Why don't the front and rear lights on my helmet light up?
A: Firstly, please ensure that the light switch is on. The helmet is equipped with a built-in light sensing system, which automatically turns off the light when sufficient light is sensed; when sensing the dimming of the light, the front and rear lights will come on again (with the switch on). The front and rear lights on and off at the same time.
Q: When will the front and rear lights be charged?
A: After turning on, when the blue light on the left of the tail light flashes, it means that the battery is low and needs to be charged in time. When charging, the red light under the tail light is always on, and it turns to green light when fully charged.
Q: How to turn on/off the light?
Press the button once: The front light is constantly on, the rear light is flashing.
