Why do you need an ILM Bluetooth helmet?
Often we just call these Bluetooth devices communication systems, but the truth is that a Bluetooth headset or Bluetooth helmet can do much more than that. In fact, most riders who have a communication device are using it primarily for other functions. The ILM-953 helmet supports a maximum distance of 1680 feet between 2 riders while using the intercom function. ILM has made two versions of helmets for different needs in the 953 series, the ILM-953 and ILM-953pro. The major difference between ILM-953 and ILM-953Pro is the group intercom system. The 953 normal version only allows 2-3 rider intercom. The Pro version allows 6-8 riders group intercom and simultaneously talk with each other, the recommend largest number of group intercom is 6 so that riders could have the best group intercom experience. But it's important to note that the ILM Bluetooth helmets or devices of '6-8 riders group intercom function are NOT compatible with ILM Bluetooth helmets of '2-3 riders group intercom' function.

When you already have a Bluetooth headset
When you already have a Bluetooth device, a helmet that is compatible with Bluetooth headsets is a necessary factor in choosing a helmet.
